Heyo! I'm back with another rank idea. So basicly, I came up with the idea this time because armories are required for an approved town. But who works there? There is no one person who works there? Is everyone in the town skilled enough to work the forge? The simple answer is no.

What is the blacksmith you might ask?
The blacksmith is the most important person for a army. He makes the weapons and armor for the warriors and makes sure they can withstand a hit. The blacksmith works at the armory for making weapons and armor for the army, but also has his own personal forge. At this forge he works on requests done by other people who are not part of the army.
Since the blacksmith is the smartest person in the town when it comes to crafting weaponsn and armor and choosing the right metals, the blacksmith is also often found in the mines. In the mines he looks for the best of ores so he can make the best weapons and armor.

Even though the blacksmith is known for making weapons and armor, he also needs to be skilled in repairing them. This way, the blacksmith wastes less resources and needs less time to make new weapons and armor. - 200 Mining
As a blacksmith, you need to know what the best ores are for making weapons and armor. Choosing the best ores is vital for making the best weapons and armor. - $10000,- ($10k)
For nearly every rank you need to pay some amount of money and I thought 10k would be sufficient, since most of the ranks that make and sell stuff are 10k. - Armory and Forge
The blacksmith needs a place to make the weapons and armor. That's kinda hard when you don't have a place to even smelt the ores.
